Subscription, Cancellation, & Refund Policy
Membership to The Word Cellar Writers Guild is a subscription service. Your membership will automatically renew each month (every 30 days) for Monthly Membership, or each year (every 365 days) for Annual and Deluxe Annual Memberships.
You may cancel your membership at any time.You can review your membership details, change your payment information, and cancel your membership on your Profile page.
No refunds are given for cancelled Monthly Memberships.
If you cancel an Annual or Deluxe Annual Membership within the first 30 days of your membership, you will receive a full refund minus the following administrative fees: $37 for Annual Memberships; $80 for Deluxe Annual Memberships.
We want you to love your experience with The Word Cellar Writers Guild. If you are not satisfied with your membership experience, we hope that you’ll let us know what we can do better.
The Word Cellar Writers Guild respects your privacy. We will not sell or share your contact information. When you join The Word Cellar Writers Guild, you agree to receive email updates from The Word Cellar Writers Guild as well as from its parent company (The Word Cellar) and owner (Jennifer [Jenna] McGuiggan).

The Word Cellar Writers Guild is committed to providing a safe and welcoming environment for all members. Users of this website agree to abide by this Code of Conduct.
All content posted in The Word Cellar Writers Guild, either by staff or members, should be treated as confidential. If you didn’t write it, please don’t share it outside of The Writers Guild. It’s like Vegas in here: What happens in The Guild stays in The Guild. This ensures that staff and members can share their thoughts and creative work with confidence in a safe environment.
The Golden Rule is in effect here: Treat others as you’d like to be treated. Even better, think about how that other person would like to be treated, and act accordingly. Please treat all members, guests, and staff with respect and kindness. Differences of opinions and points of view naturally occur within any community, perhaps especially one comprised of highly creative and engaged people. Alternate points of view are welcome and encouraged, as long as they are shared with kindness and respect. Content or comments that are abusive or threatening will not be tolerated.
In the unlikely event that a member is found to be violating the terms or spirit of this agreement, they may be contacted by a staff member and asked to change their behavior. In extreme or unresolvable cases of violation, an individual’s membership may be cancelled at the discretion of The Word Cellar Writers Guild staff.
